Todd Enerson established Management Recruiters of Las Vegas in 2002. Todd has an intense focus on the banking industry but also takes the lead on all executive searches outside of the Banking and Healthcare industries.

Prior to starting Management Recruiters of Las Vegas, Todd held an executive position with a national toxicology company focusing on establishing corporate substance abuse policies for major domestic corporations.

Todd has developed an understanding for listening carefully to both clients and candidates. He believes it is the essential ingredient to a successful match. He attributes his success to the ability to partner and get a deep understanding to the needs of both parties.
