Duane Hogge

Is a professional recruiter with over 23 years experience in the professional recruiting and placement industry going back to 1986 where Duane first worked placing electrical, mechanical and IT professional engineers for the aerospace industry in Southern California. Duane has since taken on assignments in the engineering industry over a vast array of disciplines and projects with clients throughout the United States and Canada. His clients consist of engineering firms with applications in the construction, manufacturing, environmental, aerospace, transportation and all related sectors of the business. Duane has held many progressively responsible positions in the industry from account executive to regional vice president of all executive recruitment for a national staffing and recruitment firm. Duane has always been known to have a common sense approach to recruiting by listening to specific client requirements and securing talented candidates based on those requirements. Duane has also been responsible for training and managing recruiters in a past role of corporate trainer.
